Adrian Sender founded Sender International in 2016 to provide trusted advisory and bespoke consulting services to select clients and review and subsequently make direct investments both on a principal basis and on behalf of select friends & family clients. He is a Board member and shareholder of Great Guns Development Ltd and an indirect shareholder of Fort Roche Group Ltd.
Adrian has over 20 years of experience in corporate and structured finance, including debt arrangement/syndication, capital markets and M&A. He is a recognized and respected commercial business contributor throughout the MENA region.
He has structured, arranged and lent over USD 10bn in Europe, Middle East and Africa and raised significant capital both in the form of private and public placements.
Adrian has worked as a Partner of FCA regulated Shard Capital Partners LLP focused on Corporate Finance and prior to that as a Managing Director at RJ Fleming & Co. acting as a discreet adviser to select prominent UHNW families.
He was previously the Head of Corporate Finance at Qatar’s Doha Bank, where he successfully set up and ran one of the highest performing departments in the bank focused upon commercial finance and investment banking throughout the MENA and India region.
He formerly held a position at Saudi Arabia headquartered Samba Capital, where he spent a number of years developing their GCC based investment Banking business and executing a number of the GCC’s leading transactions. He held responsibility over a number of the GCC countries (including UAE, Qatar, Kuwait and Oman) and wider region including Turkey and Africa.
Prior to the Samba posting, he was a Director and Chief Administrative Officer for Lehman Brothers in the Middle East and London and before this he was a Business Analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston in London.
Adrian has a BSc in Economics & Accounting from the University of Bristol. He is active in a number of sports including swimming and rugby.
